I had been in a cocoon of solitude for over two years. When the Coronavirus…
From my chair to yours.
“Out with the old, in with the new.
I promise to keep what old still glitters and is rich in meaning.
To keep what still supports me in my growth and vision.
I promise to build on some of the old to become newer and present throughout my new year.
All that I am is built on dreams and visions that have become the stuff of my life.
All that I am and still becoming is beckoning me into this new year.
Much is a mystery and still untold to me. I trust it.
I walk towards my life with a newer and inspired me.
Sometimes gliding on air, sometimes fighting cranky. I move forward with my self firmly rooted in Mother Earth.”
– Kassia Sobey
With each opening day, I feel it holding a great opportunity or some gift. This is my belief.
When I think and feel this simple truth, I realize a brilliant Intelligence is all around me.
A spark and essence of this is alive in me and I either choose to connect today and fly with it or not. My choice.
What I wish for us all this coming year is a feeling of gentle grace and caring. Caring about ourselves AND the other guy.
I remember the words:
“You can’t understand someone until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.”
No one knows what American wrote this. It is lost to history. The words will always simple and potent and true.
Have a great new year. May all your wishes come true!
